SAFETY
Safety is always the main priority, even more important than our creative visions, so let's take the time to execute with caution. Taking a few extra steps can avoid serious consequences of not following all safety methods. These are not recommendations, as they are absolutely necessary to ensure safety in completing the patterns from start to finish.
INTENDED USE
These patterns are not intended for use by children. Please visit the Skill Level listed on each pattern's page prior to purchase. Please ensure adult supervision at all times.
PROJECTORS
Please use caution when using your projector and do not look directly into the light of the unit.
FILES & CLOUD STORAGE
Please only download files from sources that you trust. In addition, I recommend storing your digital files in an organized space, alongside a back-up such as iCloud Storage or your own personal back-up drive.
TOOLS & MACHINES
Rotary cutters, electric irons, steamers, needles, scissors and even zippers can cause harm if not handled with care. For example, do not sew over pins. Please thoroughly read the operating instructions and user manuals for every tool and machine.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your information will not be shared with any party in any format. I respect the privacy of each individual and will never share or distribute in any fashion.
WORKSPACE
Please only work in a well-lit, open space. Organized and free from distractions. "Everything has a place" is my favorite way to maintain organization. Keep drinks away from electrical units. Use extreme caution when navigating around electrical cords. Always unplug and roll up when not in use.
PATTERN PIECES
Once printed, I choose to store my large A0 files in a poster tube, often fitting a few per tube. For the smaller sizes, I lightly fold (no crease) and store in individual ziplock bags. Please keep in a dry, cool place.
FLAME RETARDANT
Please be conscious of flame retardant fabric when choosing your fabrics, as well as when they are in use.
MAINTENANCE
Please keep up with recommended maintenance of all tools and machines, such as oiling. If you notice frayed wires, please replace.
